Star is registered with the MFTHBA and is predominatly of old saddle horse breeding with just 5%TWH blood. Being brown papered he has some fabulous old time blood behind him, including Old Fox(Kissee), Vicki 3, Gold Exchange, and Wing Commander who was the World Grand Champion Five-Gaited Saddle Horse from 1948-1954.
Star foxtrots naturally under saddle and has a smooth, rocking chair canter. He has an easy-going disposition and enjoys going on trail rides. He passes on his good looks, natural foxtrot and quiet, willing disposition to his foals. Star stands at 15.1 hands.
